Lana Del Rey is one lucky girl, a very, very lucky girl. As she already got the Mulberry tote ‘Rey of Light‘ named after her, she now is the face for Swedish fashion brand H&M. Two Fall/Winter 2012 Campaign pictures in which she stars were already released. A short film will also become available on September 19 via hm.com, for which Lana recorded a cover of Blue Velvet. It is supposed to be a-mazing. I stay tuned, while obsessing over this nude pink angora sweater she is wearing (want!).
What was Karl Lagerfeld thinking when he decided to star in the music video ‘Saint Tropez’ by Jean Roch ft. Snoop Dogg? Not very Chanel, not very Chanel at all. Just bizarre, and very awful.
What do you think?
Lana Del Rey with the new Mulberry tote Rey of Light / Ph. Mulberry blog
As a huge fan of both Mulberry (and also proud owner of an oak colored Mulberry Bayswater) and the gorgeous singer Lana Del Rey, I could not be more excited this morning to read about Rey Of Light. That is the name of the new beautiful Mulberry tote named after, and inspired by Lana Del Rey. It is her old Hollywood style combined with an edgy sense of fun that made Mulberry fall for the mysterious Lana, also famous for her luscious lips.
The Del Rey bag is an elegant, timeless tote with a vintage touch that fits perfectly to Lana’s style. This new addition to the Mulberry family will launch in May 2012 and it part of Mulberry’s Autumn/Winter 2012 collection.
